About the Job

We seek an M.S. or Ph.D. in computer engineering to join our team as a Hardware Design Engineer. In this role, you will work  to design, implement, and test secure hardware solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting in the design and development of secure hardware architectures
  • Implementing and testing hardware security features for hardware assurance, reverse engineering, and tamper detection
  • Collaborating with the software team to integrate newly developed hardware features
  • Researching emerging hardware security threats and solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • A M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic and computer architecture
  • Experience with hardware and software security concepts and technologies
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Verilog or VHDL
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain or have current government clearance

Salary Range

  • D.O.E. $110k - $150k

Working Location

  • New York City only
